Monarch Massage Therapy is excited to announce the opening of our brand new studio in the Meridian Building at 18th & Willamette St. in Eugene, Oregon. We're looking for professional, licensed massage therapists to join our community by subleasing one of our beautiful treatment rooms.

This is an outstanding opportunity for the right therapists to operate independently while benefiting from the strong brand, marketing, and reputation of Monarch Massage Therapy. Instead of traditional employment, we offer a sublease arrangement where you pay a monthly rent for your space. In return, you enjoy the advantages of our prime location, brand, and ongoing advertising efforts.

• Large Rooms: Up to 10 x 11 foot room sizes allow for ample space.

Ideal Subtenant:

• Valid Oregon license to practice massage (required)
• 2-5+ years of experience as a licensed massage therapist
• Existing clientele with exceptional 5-star reviews
• Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
• A mission-driven and service-oriented mindset
• Positive, good-natured attitude with a willingness to learn and share expertise
• Agreement with our professional and ethical standards (required)
