• We do NOT tolerate any kind of request for unlawful, unethical, or unprofessional services, including any kind of request that is of a sexual nature.
• We reserve the right to end a massage at any point in time, for any reason or no reason at all, with no obligation to issue a refund.
• We reserve the right to deny service to anyone that has violated our professional boundaries or made our therapists and/or staff feel unsafe.

3. Personal Hygiene

• Please maintain good personal hygiene before your session to ensure a pleasant experience for both you and your therapist.

4. Cancellation Policy

• If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. This courtesy allows us to accommodate other clients and manage our schedule effectively.
